2. Duration and Termination: From 26/06/2014 to 26/10/2015.

4. Payment Terms:
Fist time: After taking over complete work (40% follow contract) to party A, the patties will
sign the minute of Preliminary test for each annex. Party B must provide images before and after
done.

Second time: Party A will make payments to 100% of total price of each annex after finishing.
After taking over complete work to party A, the patties will sign the minute of Reimbursement for
each annex. Party B must provide images before and after done.

5. Payment Guarantee and Warranty

- The Party guarantees all payments due to the seller will be made on time per the payment
terms. Party B reserves the right to claim unpaid amounts by legal proceedings either from the Party
A.
- Party B is Committed to construction in accordance with each item in the contract and within
the time. If done wrong, Party A will not payment for items wrong./.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed to take effect in accordance with the laws
of the Kingdom of Cambodia but without reference to any conflict of law rules or without any
precedent for the cases.
Should any dispute arise between the parties in relation to the Agreement, the parties hereby
undertake to try and find an amicable settlement for any such dispute. If both parties could not reach
resolution, the legal arrangement would be contingent upon the Laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia,
and Phnom Penh municipal court as place of proceedings.
