Dear Ms.Hema Mahour
It is my pleasure to extend the following offer of employment to you on the behalf of Kept Bug Technologies,
further to the interview and discussions you have had with us. You are expected to join duty on 11th April, 2013.
You are appointed to the position of .Net Developer Trainee and in this capacity, you will report directly to HR
Department. Your training period will be a six month; in this period company will give training to you. Your
training hour start from 10:00AM to 6:00PM and you are scheduled to work through Monday to Friday, which is 30
hours a week. After the completion of your training, the company will take your PI. According to your skills,
company will appoint you in our organization in technical department in TSM Profile or we will send you in 3
companies by our reference. In your training duration, company will give you a project on which you have to work.
After the submission of complete project to the company, you will get stipend according to the cost of project Upto
Rs.10,000/-. After successful completion of the training and review thereof, you will be entitled to other allowances
and benefits whatsoever as per policies of the organization. Regular performance reviews will be done to assess your
suitability. Offers stand be canceled in any deviation in information or if you fail to report to me on or before predecided date. I will have to assume that you have not accepted this job offer if I do not hear from you before 8th
April, 2013.
You will need to submit by signing the copy of offer letter with all reliving documents which is mention below and
you have to show all your original documents at the time of documentation.
