Friendship And Love

People say that is hard to find a true friend they are right
because not everyone we know is our friend. Friendship is
something very important because we all need a friend to
talk with. A friend is someone who is there for us no
matter what, does not turn their back, he cares about us,
we can trust each other and we have fun together.
Everyone needs a friend. Friends are like stress relievers,
and they dont judge, they see who we are and nothing
else. We should guard ourselves against the false friends.
They sometimes betray us for their own interest. They
never hesitate to sabotage. Such friends are more
dangerous than enemies. Because they catch us by
surprise.
We will have to make the right choice of friends. Otherwise
in the course of life we will find some friends who will
desert us in our misfortune. For choosing a friend we must
have a deep inside into the human character. We should
remember the golden saying: A friend in need is a friend
indeed. A true friend is a really gift of God. So, everyone
should know how to choose a friend and how to honor our
friendship. If we wish that our friend should be true to us,
then we must be true to our friends.
As somebody once said:
A medal of trust,
A shoulder in sadness,
A hand in darkness,
A special relation to hold,
An ear where secrets can be told,
An appreciate for encouragement,
Something that doesnt cost,
A jewel to be lost
Is the magic called
FRIEND
Friendship is always a sweet responsibility, never an
opportunity. True friendship is when you walk into their
house and your wifi connects automatically.

Who nods when I nod; my shadow does that much better.
A friend is someone who knows all about you and still
loves you.
Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain.
Its not something you learn in school. But if you havent
learned
the meaning of friendship, you really havent learned
anything.
Friends are the family you choose we cannot tell the
precise moment
when friendship is formed

Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies.

Every group of people who live together, share the same

thoughts, the same values and the same behavior. This is
the reason that people have certain skepticism towards
anything new or different.
Racism is based on the theory that some people are
superior to others who are inferior. The superiority is
accredited to external characteristics like the color of the
skin, the shape of the eyes, the religion, the intelligence or
the social rank. The consequences of racism are
oppression for minorities and lack of solidarity and
communication among members of the same community,
country or continent. The main weapon against racism is
education and tolerance. The social media can help people
realize that everything new or unknown is not necessarily
hostile.

Smoking, drugs and alcoholism

Global illegal drugs, smoking and alcoholism are expected
to rise by 25% over the next few decades due to rapid
urbanization, industrialization, and population growth in
developing countries.
7|Page

Few people today would deny the harm that smoking

does, whether its to the health of a heavy smoker or even
of non-smokers subjected to passive smoking. It has been
proven that inhaling nicotine and tar seriously damages
the heart and lungs, affects the skin as well as causing
bad breath and other unpleasant effects.
The most common method of smoking today is through
cigarettes, primarily industrial manufactured but also
hand-rolled from loose tobacco and rolling paper. Other
smoking implements include pipes, cigars, bids, hookahs,
vaporizers and bongs.
Alcoholism is broad term for problems with alcohol, and is
generally used to mean compulsive and uncontrolled
consumption of alcoholic beverages, usually to the
detriment of the drinkers health, personal relationships
and social standing. It is medically considered a disease,
specifically an addictive illness. In psychiatry several other
terms are used, specifically alcohol dependence, which
have slightly different definitions.
The taking of narcotics can cause health problems and can
lead to addiction. Its easy to overdose on hard drugs such
as crack and cocaine and even soft drugs such as
marijuana, can have bad effects on your health on the
long term.

WHY PEOPLE SMOKE AND DRINK?

Smoking and drinking are considered sociable and
acceptable.
People looking for a way to reduce stress.
They think its good for their image & makes them
look grown up.
Peer pressure.
Ignorance (no support, poor family, inadequate
education)

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
Prevention is better than cure
Great advertising restrictions are needed on alcohol
and cigarettes.
Smoking bans in public places.
Changes in the law and age restrictions.
The general conclusion is that drugs, smoking and
alcoholism bring only destruction and death in human
lives and that they are major problem in todays world. If
that problem isnt solved soon enough we will have to deal
with a massive rise of drug use in the next decades.

Internet and its dangers

Internet offer us information and entertainment and it is
used by millions of people everyday. However, there are
many dangers that we should be aware of.
Cyber bullying includes sending harmful messages to
people or even sending death notes, spreading lies online
about them and finally making a website to make their
reputation to hit rock bottom. Cyber bullying is very
different from school bullying because there is no one to
filter it. There arent any teachers to stop it and becomes
a more and more common phenomenon around the world.
Internet safety tips
Keep others away from using your email and internet
accounts, you should never share internet passwords
with anyone other that parents, experts say.
If you are harassed or bullied through instant
messaging, use block or ban feature to prevent the
bully from contacting you.
If you keep getting harassing emails, delete that
email account and set up a new one. Give the new
email address only to family and a few trusted
friends.
Dont respond to rude or harassing emails, messages
and postings. If the cyber bullying continues, call the
police. Keep a record of the emails as proof.

Junk food

Pizza, burgers and fries may be tastier than fruits and

vegetables but how healthy are they? The disadvantages
of junk food are many as it contains a high level of calories
from sugar or fat with little protein, vitamins and minerals
and it can also cause many health problems if you eat it
often. Health problems that are a result of frequent eating
of junk food are tooth decay and weight gain. Junk food is
more preferred by people because it is really cheap to buy
and it can be made easily. To sum up, junk food is bad for
our health, nevertheless we can eat but not very often.

Here are some tips which will help us to

adopt a healthier and better body
because we are what we eat.
