Sensor`s Shielded Wire

When the sensor is being installed, the following two methods are
recommended to achieve reliable connection between the sensor`s shielded ground
and the cabinet.
The detailed process is shown in following pictures.
Method 1:
The earth terminal is mounted directly
on the surface of the cabinet,using
self-tapping screw.

Method 2:
Put the screw through the earth terminal and
the sensor`s installation hole. Then fasten
the screw in the surface of the cabinet.

Humidity controller

CG239CD-TH digital temperature and humidity intelligent control instrument

is a kind of special equipment designed to control temperature and remove moisture
for electric power equipment in the cabinet. It is especially suitable for requipment
required to be higher temperature and humidity control quality, such as relay
protection tank, meter boxes, measurement, etc. The equipment digitally displays the
temperature and humidity in the interior of the controlled cabinet. With the buttons
on the panel, we can set the two temperature control point value (t1L t2L) and two
humidity control point value (H-1H-2), and then we can automatically start or stop
the heater. The instrument shows the current state by the indicator lights on the
panel.

Fixed instrument and Wired according to the wiring diagram, Powerconfirmation, After self-diagnosis display "8", the LED displays
Temperature and humidity. If the temperature and humidity sensor
connection is error, it display "---".
Set the temperature and humidity sensor 1 temperature Lower limit value
t1L. Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds to enter the set t1L state,
all bright lights, then the humidity line display t1L can set the temperature
Lower limit. Press or to change the lower limit, to achieve the
required values. (Temperature limit setting range is-2050)
Set the temperature and humidity sensor 2 temperature Lower limit value
t2L. After setting t1L, press the SET button to enter the set t2L state, then
the temperature line display t2L ,press or to change the lower limit.
(Temperature lower limit setting range is -2050)
Set the temperature and humidity sensor 1 humidity upper limit value H-1.
After setting t2L, press the SET button to enter the set H-1 state, then the
humidity line display H-1, press or to change the humidity setting.

(Humidity upper limit setting range is 20%RH99%RH)

Set the temperature and humidity sensor 2 humidity upper limit value H-2.
After setting H-1, press the SET button to enter the set H-2 state, then the
humidity line display H-2 ,press or to change the humidity setting.
(Humidity upper limit setting range is 20%RH99%RH)
Set the machine number Add. After setting H-2, press the SET button to
enter the set machine number state, then the downlink display Add ,press
or to change the machine number setting. (Machine number limit
setting range is 1~255)
Exit the set state. After set the required parameters, press and hold the SET
button to exit the set state into the monitoring state. The instrument will
perform temperature control, dehumidification automatically based on the
setting values.
Indicator: temperature and humidity 1 indicator light shows currently
displayed sensor 1 data; temperature and humidity 2 indicator light shows
currently displayed sensor 2 data; Heating 1 lamp light indicates the
measured temperature is less than the t1L, or the measured humidity 1 is
greater than the H-1, heat 1 is turned on; heating 2 lamp light indicates that
the measured temperature is less than t2L, or measured humidity greater
than H-2, heat 2 open.
Instrument factory set initial values : t1L is 5 C, t2L is 5 C, H-1 is 80%
RH, H-2 is a 80% RH, machine number (Add) is 1.
