Dmitry Konyaev, CEO of JSC URALCHEM: In the first nine months of the current year, our
companies managed to significantly increase the production. The positive dynamics of performance
indicators is the result of shorter repair time, reduced unscheduled downtime and increased daily
output of the units. Even in the least favourable market conditions, we do not suspend the investment
programmes and continue developing our plants capacities. An important factor contributing to the
growth of performance indicators was the solution of problems with raw materials in the Voskresensk
Mineral Fertilizers Plant, which was able to resume production of complex fertilizers this year.
