Guidance
- This shell is meant to provide off site guidance as you
complete your portfolio for presentation. It is to be
noted that during the last 5-6 months we have
discussed much of these issues in the classroom. So
this serves as a gentle reminder.

- Portfolio represents a collection of artefacts, records

and data which can show evidence of you performing
your role. This must be done in a logical and
sequential manner. As we agreed our project was
divided into several sections such as Project
Research, Planning & Implementation, Competition
and Post Competition Activities.

- Each candidate is expected to present evidence of

how he accomplished his role during each phase. In
some situations the information such as gathering
data is the same. The competition secretary and
director have provided the data which you can add to
this guide.

- A good place to start is with your Table of Contents

which will help you to structure your portfolio. # NB
the manner of presentation of the portfolio is entirely
a matter for you and you may alter or present your

work in your own manner. However, you will be

marked accordingly.

- The data for submission of the first draft is the first

day of school. I am available during some school
football sessions on a Monday and Thursday for
consultation.
