Following are basic and important details a buyer should know about owning his/her home of choice
in Jeika Properties Corporation thru Bank Financing:
BANK FINANCING is a financing scheme where part of the Total Contract Price of the property you are
buying will be loaned to the developers accredited bank. The property itself will be the collateral for the
housing loan.
In order for you to qualify for Bank Financing, you must first meet the following criterias:
BANK QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Buyer must be at least 21 years old upon loan application and must NOT be more than 65 years
old upon loan maturity (for locally employed); not more than 60 years old upon loan maturity for
OFW/immigrants.
2. Buyer/spouse must NOT have any history of cancelled credit card or unpaid loan from any
financial institution.
3. Buyer/spouse must NOT have any pending legal case.
4. Buyer must meet the gross monthly income requirement.
5. Buyer is able provide Proof of Income Requirements (i.e. COEC, ITR, latest payslips and job
contract for OFW).

RESERVATION FEE is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Bank Financing indicative interest rate is at 8%. Final interest rate will be based on prevailing
bank rates upon loan take-out, subject to loan interest fixing term.

For Bank Financing, bank charge is not included in TCP. Bank charge is billed separately and is

For In-house Financing, fixed interest rate is at 18% per annum for maximum 10 years loan term.
