launched the air multiplier, which replaces existing bladed fan.

This is what we need you to do...


Main duties/responsibilities:LEAN
- Support Test team on Lean transformation activities and training programs.
- Facilitate, execute and manage Lean projects with operations cross functional teams to deliver significant cost
saving by deploying Lean tools and methodologies.
- Serve as Lean content expert to build process improvement knowledge within Dyson and Test department.
- Train and mentor teams to drive improvement initiatives in test labs.
- Identify best practices and implement in test labs to achieve quick deployment of ideas and standardization.
- Ensure all improvements are documented, sustained and adhered by all stakeholders.
- Ensure all solutions do not affect product quality or reliability adversely.
- Perform Lean assessment on a monthly basis to understand Lean maturity level in all test labs.
- Engage with Dyson Lean Team to align tools & practices.
Operation
- Work with technician on compiling related documentation according to test and report the man day allocation to
Finance before month end.
- Keep safety compliance and procedures up to date and ensure safety and health compliance within outsourced
operators and technicians and maintain a good housekeeping at all time.
- Plan training to newly recruited operators on general procedures and safety & health compliances based on
existing company policy.
- Frequent reminder on company policies and procedures to all operators & technician and report to Test
Manager / team leader / related parties for any safety issue encounter at workplace.
- Review monthly attendance report for outsourced operators and work on improvement strategies with related
outsource management team.
- Review Indirect Material (IDM) order list for maintenance of platforms and rigs/equipments.
- Perform other assignments as required.

This is what we need you to have...


Requirement:- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, engineering technology, mechanical
engineering or test engineering.
- 2 to 4 years experience in Lean continuous improvement activities.
- Working knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies, analytical and process redesign skills
along with project management skills.
- Self motivated with good leadership skills and willingness to drive innovation and change.
- Good change agent with excellent communication skills.
- Genba Kaizen (shop floor hands on) person who prefer hands on work, have an eye for details and provide
practical solutions.
- Knowledge of MS office software, including Excel, Power Point and Word.

Essential:- Good communication skills. Fluent in spoken & written both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Self starter, energetic, keen to learn.
- Knowledge in Lean tools.
Desirable:- Challenge existing test operation method for better improvement and manpower management.
- Experience in test operation environment would be an advantage
