Business Process Description Overview
This transaction shows GL Balance Analysis.
The report displays:
The opening balance
The total of all transactions for each posting period, broken down into debit and credit
postings

Input-Required Fields

Field Value /Comments

GL account number
Company code
Fiscal year

GL account number to which documents are posted

Company code in which the specific GL account exists
Year in which the documents are posted.

Output - Results

Comments

GL Account balance display

After executing this transaction if you receive a message that states 'no list
generated' it simply means that the G/L account selected does not have any
documents posted to it.
