An effective modality for the management of neuromotor disorders caused by a

wide range of diagnoses:

CEREBRAL PALSY
DOWN SYNDROME AND OTHER CHROMOSOMAL ABNORMALITIES
TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY ACUTE, POST-ACUTE, AND CHRONIC PHASES
HEMIPLEGIA DUE TO STROKE ACUTE, POST-ACUTE, AND CHRONIC PHASES
MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

TheraTogs are FDA Class I medical devices intended to be issued by, and applied under the supervision of, a licensed healthcare
practitioner engaged in neuromotor or sensorimotor retraining. TheraTogs ULTRA systems are made of GoldTone - a proprietary
and patented Latex-free composite fabric with a unique foam backing made of an aqueous-based elastomeric urethane.
TogRite strapping is Latex-free, elastomeric strapping with an inert, silicone-based grip surface.
NEW GoldTone fabric was developed during three years of R&D and field trials to meet the demanding performance requirements
of TheraTogs systems. GoldTone is specifically formulated for the demands of biomechanical retraining, and manufactured using
a patented fabric finishing process.

FIT THE GARMENT

The Hipster provides hip stability and attachment points for the TankTop and for strapping.
The TankTop hugs the upper trunk.
Together, the Hipster and TankTop create a full body field for postural-assist strapping.

ALIGN THE SPINE

Choose from among 3 strapping applications to improve upper (shown) and/or lower trunk extension.
If needed, strap to retract protracted shoulders and stabilize the scapulae.

ADD ADVANCED STRAPPING

Choose a strapping application to assist oblique and/or transverse abdominals to complete the core application.
Strap from pelvis to thorax to reduce excess anterior pelvic tilt.
Give your clients the benefit of thousands of guided repetitions using corrected biomechanics in the course of daily activities
thanks to TheraTogs exclusive GRIP REPOSITION RETRAIN technology.

The TheraTogs ULTRA Full Body System was originally designed for children
with complex neuromotor disorders. The first TheraTogs model developed
and released, it was targeted at the client population with the most need
and the most to gain: young, ambulatory children with functional alignment
and mobility issues incedent to cerebral palsy and other CNS dysfunction.
The Full Body System is now
available in a full range of sizes, and
is the modality of choice to address
a variety of neuromotor, postural,
mobility, and balance issues.

If your client has

The Full Body System can provide

Flexible kyphosis

Improved posture and respiratory capacity

Flexible lordosis / excess pelvic tilt

Improved posture

Difficulty maintaining midline trunk and sitting

balance

Reduced deviations between thorax and pelvis;

increased sensory awareness

Scissoring in stance or gait

Increased base of support, assist hip abductors

Balance problems due to hip muscle weakness

Assist to hip stabilizing musculature

Problems with proximal limb joint control, including elbow and knee

Reduced functional degrees of freedom; assist

to muscles lacking adequate recruitment

Intoed or out-toed gait, or windblown gait

Reduced gait deviations

Recovery following orthopedic surgery at the

spine, hip, or femur

Improved stability and comfort; strapping to

support surgical goals

Like all TheraTogs ULTRA systems, the Full Body model wraps the torso
and lower extremities in a Velcro-sensitive strapping field that allows the
clinician to attach straps that can improve postural alignment and stability,
and that can address the greatest variety of functional alignment and
movement issues in the extremities proximal to the wrists and ankles.

The TheraTogs system can be used to address such as issues as hypersensitivity, difficulty in
focusing attention, stimming, holding still, and coordinating movement.
TheraTogs are especially effective at calming patient behaviors and increasing patient
attention which can help improve the practice and efficacy of other management modalities.
The Autism / Sensory Integration System provides the tactile and proprioceptive input that
has been shown to help children with ASD, SPD and ADHD.

System Benefiits
The TheraTogs ULTRA Autism/SPD System provides the following:
The cozy, foam-lined, breathable TankTop applies gentle compression to the torso to enhance
tactile and proprioceptive body awareness.
The similarly cozy Hipster provides more body awareness of the hips and thighs, and serves as an
anchor for securing the TankTop and for attaching compression straps if further grounding is
needed.
Abdominal support strap that also holds the compression straps against the body.
Note: Although the Autism/SPD System includes basic strapping for sensory input applications,
additional strapping may be purchased separately to address biomechanical or postural issues.

TogRite Strapping
After several years of research and development, were pleased to offer TOGRITE - the muscle-assist strapping we always wanted
for TheraTogs orthotic garment and strapping systems.
TogRite is a dynamic strapping material with resisted elongation and strong, elastic rebound properties that uniquely replicate
functioning muscle. The elasticized Latex-free backing grips the body to resist migration.
Labratory testing has demonstrated TogRites superior rebound and recovery properties, with no stretch out or loss of recoil
strength and resistance to stretch even after repeated use and multiple machine washings. Weve seen the same straps used
daily for more than 6 months with no loss of elastic vigor or grip.

TheraTogs Wunzi System

A customized body hug that improves trunk alignment and stabilizes the core for those critical infant
growth months.
TheraTogs System designed specifically for infants, the Wunzi.
The new Wunzi provides input through the torso to address motor development delays. The Wunzi is
designed to treat common motor development delays exhibited by an infants inability to hold a stable
head position/trunk position/hip position, or inability to self-correct his or her position during normal
movements. The Wunzi is designed for indications such as Hypotonia, Diplegia, Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy,
Torticollis, Athetosis, Cerebellar Ataxia, and BPI.

The Wunzi offers important positive early intervention for infants at the earliest recognition of a
neuromotor or orthopedic problem. The Wunzi is designed with embedded Velcro in the garments
(a new feature for 2013), making it easier to put on the child with no loose Velcro tabs to misplace,
lose in the crib, or cause choking concerns. The embedded Velcro is located on the Wunzi back,
so the donning procedure is simple: place the baby on the back piece, lay the front piece on the
belly and close the system. Thats it! Parents and care givers will find it easier to manage their
TheraTogs system and therapists will see increased home use compliance.

Add the Wunzi Limb Kit to address any of the indications previously supported by TheraTogs
Upper or Lower Extremity strapping applications.

With the TheraTogs ULTRA Wunzi you can:

Increase sensory awareness and information.

Limit excessive trunk motions

Improve respiration by reducing flexible kyphosis

Gently stabilize one or both scapulae

Train functioning trunk muscles in shorter state

to improve postural alignment and control.

Improve functioning alignment of hips

and/or shoulders

Measurements for Selecting Wunzi Size

neck) over the diaper/nappy and up to the childs navel. Be careful to wrap the tape gently under the diaper.

Babies build trunk and neck control and strength before they gain functional skills. Trunk control problems that
occur in infancy typically lead to long-term developmental deficits in limb use and movement. Postural control
acquisition is a necessary component of early intervention. The Wunzi system is designed to help very young
clients by increasing sensory input while improving core stability. Like all TheraTogs systems, the Wunzi can
support therapy goals both during and between therapy sessions, providing essential carry-over.
In short: Wear it, live it, learn it!
