DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES AND STATE POLICIES
Purpose
to shed light on the meaning of the other provisions of the
Constitution
to guide all departments of the government in the
implementation of the Constitution

DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES AND STATE POLICIES


A. Principles
Section 1
democratic and republican State
Sovereignty resides in the people
Government authority emanates from the people
- constituent and ministrant functions
- de jure and de facto government
