The machine can wrap up to 4 different shapes.

Production rate
From 40 to 100 portions per minute according the product texture and the
dosed volume.

From semi-liquid to pasty.
Processed cheese, fresh cheese and other products with the same texture.

Wrapping type

All the parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel.
The feeding hopper (double jacketed for the heating) and the agitator
fitted with Teflon scraper, are made in stainless steel.
The dosing bloc, the dosing piston, the filling nozzle are manufactured
with a special alloy, compatible with the alimentary field.
The heating press assures a perfect sealing of the portions.
In case of square, rectangular and round portions production, the
portions are transferred onto a belt conveyor.
For the triangular portions, they are grouped onto a grouping disc in
order to cover them easily.
Option : the portions can be transferred onto a belt conveyor.

2 aluminium rollers for the shell and the lid, cut and wrapped.
With or without label.
The using of printed aluminium is facilitated thanks to a spot detection.
Hermetic sealing (for processed cheese).
With or without tear tape for the easy and integral opening of the portions.

The precision of the dosing is +/- gm with the possibility to adjust the
dosing while production, thanks to a wheel located within the operator
reach.
