Domingo de Ocampo, who ang Poblacion Bustos, Bulacan. The O.C.T. 779 are recorded in
the Office of Land Registry of Bulacan on March 14, 1913 at 9:51 a.m. in between by Judge
Hon. Norberto Romualdez CFI - Manila and Registert deed of Malolos, Bulacan. The “Torrens
System Law" was identified and confirmed under the Constitution or treaty in Biak na Bato
on December 18, 1897 in Malolos, Bulacan.

Therefore the Spanish Royal Decree No. 01-4 at Titulo de Propriedad No. 4136 was
declared as "cancelled, terminated and NULL and VOID" in the administration of Peter A.
Paterno, President of the Malolos Congress on June 12, 1899. But were Mariano Esteban San
Pedro and many others will resort to the Court (Supreme Court) to fight for their rights. But
in 1903 has repeatedly decided that the Supreme Court without basis the claim by San
Pedro and more.

However, continued the case to the Supreme Court to causing a decrease EN BANC
DECISION last December 18, 1996 and Court Resolutions dated July 11, 2000, January
30, 2001 and March 5, 2001. It becomes "FINAL AND EXECUTORY IMMEDIATELY" and with
warning "NO FURTHER PLEADINGS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AND CAN NOT BE AGAIN AT
LITIGATED ANY FUTURE ACTION IN ANY COURTS IN THE PHILIPPINES".

Despite such "EN BANC SUPREME COURT DECISION" the "Torrens System Law" is still
not complied by the government although it knows that the Congressmen and all Senators
including President of the Philippines is hiding the truth because most of them are also
liable on its decision of the Supreme Court and some of them are some rich Chinese and
expropriating also the land of wealthy Chinese conspirator (300 Chinese Millionaire) and
the corrupt branch of the Government such as NHA, LRA, NEDA, DBM, GSIS, HLURB, PAG-
IBIG, SSS and the University of the Philippines and others. They knew that all the titles
from 1911 are already cancelled by the court.

But until now they still lacking insight and unconcerned here because they earn a
huge sum of money. Carefully just before death and Guillermo de Ocampo, the remaining
heirs of the de Ocampo, it was sold to Engr. Charlie Carabaña such land and sold lately to
"ANG BAGONG LAHING FILIPINO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC." having more members
with at least twenty-five million in the Philippines.
