Analyzed, set-up, tested, installed and supported processes for sending and receiving data to and from
clients via FTP, SFTP and HTTP/s. Employed best use of software and practices, supporting business file
movement and encryption used. Supported achievement of final results, ensured file formats were intact
and provided details, options and direction. Provided on-call 24x7 support for file transmissions, software
support and availability.
Upgraded PKWares WinZip version from 9.0 to 12.0 on Windows and Linux systems, increasing
