Essential Qualifications : M.Sc/M.Tech in Food Technology/

Biotechnology/Food Science & Technology/Food Engineering/Agriculture
Biotechnology/Dairy Technology/Life Sciences. Those who are appearing for the final
semester examination in April/May 2010 of the above courses are also eligible to apply.

Objective of the Project : To enhance the research capacity of their “Centre

for Food Technology” by carrying out focused R&D in the area of (a) Food Processing
Engineering and (b) Fermentation and Bioprocess Engineering with focus on novel food
product development using biotechnological approaches.

Last date for receipt of application : 15.04.2010

original certificates.
Candidates attending the interview will do so at their own expenses.
The duration of the fellowship would be co-terminus with the project.
