Interpretation
Based from the data collected by the researchers the graph shows that
46.74% of the total family respondents surveyed in Sta. Veronica use Open
Drainage, while 38.14% use Closed drainage and the 15.12% of the
respondents dont have any sort of drainage system.
Analysis
This data implies that almost half of the people from Sta. Veronica use open
drainage. this puts the people at greater risk for being exposed to different
diseases coming from stagnant waters, Malaria and dengue are among the
main dangers of stagnant water in an open drainage, which becomes a
breeding ground for the mosquitoes that transmit diseases.

Interpretation
From the data gathered by the researchers, the graph shows that 45.02% of
the respondents have Free Flowing drainage system, 5.50% have Stagnant
drainage system and 49.48% dont have any sort of drainage system
Analysis
This data implies that almost half of the people from Sta. Veronica have free
flowing drainage system; one of its advantages is it prevents people from
being exposed to different diseases such as Malaria and Dengue.

Interpretation
Based on the result of the survey done by the researchers, 79.73% of the
respondents burn their garbage, 6.87% dump their garbage on their
backyards, 6.87% bury their garbage, 3.09% are having their garbage
collected by trash collectors, 3.09% of the respondents use the method of
composting and 0.34% of the respondents make use of their garbage for hog
feeding.
Analysis
Based on the interpretation of the data above, most of the families from Sta.
Veronica make use of the burning method because according to them, it is
more convenient, efficient, and an effective way to dispose their wastes. But
this kind of method has its own disadvantages; one of many is it will cause
pollution that will lead to people acquiring respiratory diseases

Interpretation
From the data gathered by the researchers, 67.70% of the respondents make
use of boiling as their method for preparing food, 46.39% of the families
make use of frying, while 33.33% make use of grilling their food and the
31.96% of the respondents prefer steaming.
Analysis
This data implies that since money is a problem for many, boiling is
considered as the most used method for preparing food as it is also regarded
as the cheapest and most convenient. Boiling is a healthy method of cooking
as little or no oil is used. It also helps kill microbes and makes it safer to eat
due to reduced number of microorganisms in various foods (i.e. meat).

Interpretation
Based on the result of the survey, 100% of the respondents cover their food.
Analysis
Based on the interpretation, all of the families prefer to cover their food to
prevent any direct contact from vectors such as flies and even rats that may
transmit virus to humans.

Interpretation
Based on the result of the survey, 83.16 of the respondents own some kind
of domestic animal as their pets and 16.84% of the families dont have
animals in their household.
Analysis This data implies that more than half of the respondents own
domestic animals such as cats and dogs.
