I- General Activities:
1. Urge teachers to call students if there are any absences on the day.
2. Checked students learning materials.
3. Weekly checking on students attendance, absence, resuming, dropping and new.
4. Manage the student changing shifts.
5. Checking the employees attendance and uniform.
6. Checking the teachers teaching materials.
7. Observing teachers teaching methodology.
8. Receive information from clients: criticized the quality demands and make corrections
immediately.

II- Deactivated Points
1. Teachers do not use English language in school campus.
2. Some rooms are hot because there are only two fans.
3. Students cant study when there is heavy rain.
4. Some room light bulbs are not enough because it is not equipped.
5. The way is too long for the bus to pick up students to school on time.
III- Progressive Activities
1 To continue to keep students safe, both at school and on the school bus.
2 To keep providing education quality and making confident for students and their guardians
3 To keep strengthening the students study and morality
4 To urge students wearing uniform in school campus.
5 To persuade the students to keep the school clean by not littering.
6 To provide teaching technique to teachers.
7 To continue to make fortnightly meeting.
8 To continue to observe transportation service.
9 Continue to recruit additional staff.
10 Continue to meet parents and guardians.
IV- Work Achievements
1. Finished summer course of the term 6 from 31 August 2015.
2. Prepare teachers, rooms, and levels for the summer course because level K1s are crowded
3. Prepared the sample of transcripts and exam results for teachers to prepare the student report.
4. Deliver the results of the Term 6 Final Exam.
5. Succeed on Promotion. There are 22 students and 22 staff were divided into 2 shifts in the
morning and afternoon on 8 goals.
V- Plans for next month (July)
1. Observing and taking action on the effect and competition of other nearby schools in order to
strengthen our success.
2. Preparing the books, course syllabus, teaching record, lesson plan, classroom division and
others documents for new term.
