EQUIPMENT NEEDED

PURPOSE

Apron
(Type: rubber/plastic style: plain black;
washable/reusable)

Apron is essential for their protection from dirt/stain on clothes. Dirt/Stain due to diff.types
of adhesive will cause damage of worker's clothes, which inappropriate to see and worst
dirt/stain might transfer to a product. rubber or plastic apron are applicable for the
production worker who often exposed on "chemical" because this kind of material are good
protection from corrossive and irritating chemical.

Hairnet

To keep the worker's hair from spreading in order to avoid from contamination

Earmuff (type: PASSIVE EARMUFF) NOTE:


advise from the expert is reccomended

Earmuffs provide consistent and quality protection against noise exposure.

Safety mask (Type: cotton)

For RESPIRATORY PROTECTION. To prevent from developing the symptoms of respiratory


illness caused by inhalation of hazardous substances at work (e.g coughing, wheezing,
shortness of breath, chest tightness or difficulty in breathing due to dust, fumes, oil, mist,
vapor from solvent, various gasses or any flying particles. Safety mask helps prevent the
development of illnesses which could affect our airways and could reduce the quality and
length of our life. (NOTE: There were an estimated 12,000 deaths in 2009/10 and another
12,000 deaths in 2010/11 from long-term exposure to respiratory hazards at work.)

GLOVES:

To protect the hand from various things as: heat/chill resistance, puncture and cut
resistance, static control, chemical resistance, flame retardation, anti-contamination,
enhanced grip, water proofing, and hand visibility. Research has shown that workers mixing
pesticides received 85 percent of the total exposure to hands.Gloves should be worn any
time pesticides may contact hands, such as when working around contaminated equipment
or surfaces
