What do a girl born to a non-member family in San Salvador, a girl born under the
covenant in Provo Utah, and a girl born in [insert your birthplace here] have in com-
mon? They all grew up to be members of the largest, most wonderful women’s organi-
zation in the history of the word, of course! The girl born in San Salvador became Sis-
ter Sylvia H. Allred, first counselor in the General Relief Society Presidency. The girl
born in Provo was me, and obviously, the girl born in your birthplace is YOU! We come
from many different circumstances, but we all have a great gift in the opportunity of
being Relief Society sisters.

titled “Every Sister Needs Relief Society. I love her comment, “Your attendance at Re-

Society will bless the whole Church.” Perhaps we underestimate the full effects of what

will be sent to wards and
branches beginning in June.
For information about the
new program, visit Duty- Aimee moved into the ward in December 2009. Growing up she lived
toGod.lds.org. in the same house in Kaysville and is the oldest of three (brother and sister).
She loves to scrapbook and is enjoying decorating her new home. Her favor-
ite food is seafood—crab legs and shrimp are among the favorites. Her fa-
vorite movies are Sandlot or the Notebook because Sandlot is a classic and
the Notebook because she’s a romantic. Her favorite place to go is any-
where with her husband and kids. Her most memorable vacation was four
wheeling at the sand dunes. Three things that are unique or interesting
about Aimee are that she likes to sky dive, loves taking pictures and her fin-
gers are “grossly double jointed”.
