Authors Detail
Rev. Fr. Emeka Nwosuh, OP is a Catholic Priest and a
member of the Order of Preachers (Dominicans). He holds
a Masters degree in Theology from Duquesne University,
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a Doctorate from the Istituto
di Teologia Ecumenico-Patristica, Greco-Bizantina San
Nicola, Bari, Italy. Fr. Nwosuh served as the President of
the Catholic Theological Association of Nigeria (CATHAN),
from 2010-2013. He is the Current Dean of Studies of the
Dominican Institute, Samonda, Ibadan, Nigeria. He teaches
Patrology, Ecclesiology, History of Christian Theology, and
Patristic Philosophy at the Dominican Institute.
Introduction
The reality of a possible ecological crisis of a
significant magnitude appears to have gained
consensus among diverse interest groups in spite of
persisting shades of opinion as to its likely immediate
and remote cause(s). The multiple and oftentimes
severe climatic changes, which have occurred in the
last few decades have led many to warn of a growing
specter of a possible ecological catastrophe.1 Many
important religious/spiritual leaders of various
religious/faith traditions have also added their voices
to this global concern of an increasing global

VILLAGE
In Calatea traditional wedding seeking

Weddings are usually held in the house or
yard, in tents or community centers, later defending
special premises, for major events.
Abstract
Business strategy correlated with marketing
and management actions are tested on the market.
Their efficiency can be measured by looking at
financial indicators. In order to be competitive on the
market firms are striving to ensure values of financial
results greater than the minimum threshold level of
profitability. One way to achieve this goal is by
correlating organizational structure of the business
with its financial architecture. The need to find new
ways of enterprise management that best fit the
current economic context needs to create a link
between financial structure of the business and its
developmental goals. In this sense, the paper
analyses the use of implementing project
management as a solution to ensure companys
performance by adapting financial architecture to
business strategic goals. Businesses are seen as a
fractal structure made up of projects developed
according to objectives planned. Firms have their
own propensity to consume or to invest. Each
propensity has its own specific implementation
structure. Dynamic equilibrium of the firm is ensured
between its investment projects and repetitive tasks
that ensure continuity and survival of the business.
Any risk appearing at micro level during project
implementation is channeled into the business
environment through agents constraint. According to
agent-based modeling an organizational environment
is made up of various agents playing different roles.
Their decisions affect equilibrium of the firm, acting
in according to various criteria and restrictions.
Agents decisions are correlated to their objectives
and degree of risk tolerance. Elements of fractal
theory, game theory, econophysics, behavioral
finance and agent-based modeling are powerful tools
to measure and estimate the optimal business
strategy to getting sound financial results. The paper
develops a mathematical equilibrium model of a
business that connects strategic and operational level
to financial architecture taking into account the
agents attitude to risk.

Lake, he must be
delighted,
although
he
never tells such
things. He wears
glasses, and the
corner of his mouth is slightly closed. He is tall, thin,
pale and stooped. Mostly, he dosent say anything,
except for murmuring to himself occasionally. This is
his way of communicating. However, I know there is
another father under this appearance. The one who
ruminated over his life lonely.
Tonight, without his erhu, will he feel easy? Will
he still stay up nights missing his kids?
It was the Mid-Autum night when I was ten. In
those days, mother would always offer the moon.
Those common fruits and mooncakes suddernly
become holy when put on the square table to be
offered to the moon. Besides, there would be joss
stick thrust into a bow full of millets and the bow
would also become solemn. When the fragrance
culed upward, a mysterious atmosphere would
overflow the yard and none of us dare to say
anything to frighten the coming moon. We just sat
there staring at those red apples, green pears, yellow
bananas, perple grapes and the water melon which
had been cut into beautiful diamonds. Finally, the
moon showed her face behind the mountain and
straightened her back. She sat there on the heaven,
serenely, and accepted peoples worship. Also, at the
Mid-Autum night, father who had worked far away
would come back. He was tall and straight, so
handsome, so delicate. Sitting on a wood chair, with a
piece of cloth on his knee, he had his erhu in the
hand. The thumb of the left hand put lightly on the
slim neck and other fingers laid on the strings, while
the right hand began to draw the fiddestick. After
trying a few times, the melody would fill the air. The
sound began abruptly but softly. Firstly, it was like a
lover whose beloved was far away complaing the
night was too long. Then it was like spring water

biografice ale prinilor i a altor grade de rudenie din

eseniale n biografia acestuia.
Cnd simim c timpul din clepsidra vieii, i
urmrete cu nerbdare ultimele fire ce se scurg n
detrimentul nostru, atunci putem dispune, face
testamente, lsa cu ,,limb de moarte, fapte care am
dori s se realizeze chiar dac noi ne pregtim s
mergem n alt entitate lucruri care nu le-am putut
realiza n misiunea ce ne-a fost ncredinat de
Ziditorul Suprem n cursul vieii.
BUCURIA ADEVRULUI
Insignifiant i tulburtor poate fi Adevrul
dac e spus ntotdeauna cu voce tare i chiar de cele
mai multe ori dureros, pentru cei damnai i proscrii

rspuns. Fiind preocupat cu multiple treburi
gospodreti n-am mai auzit telefonul cnd m-a

S-a stins o stea, s-a stins un om de mare
cultur, care prin aportul su participativ de

calitatea sa de profesor i director de coal precum
i-n ceea de primar al Bixadului, ultima perioad fiind
pensionar, urmnd s-i grijeasc de sntate-dar
att a fost s fie... i este un mare pcat c a plecat
aa de repede dintre noi. A fost primul i singurul
etnolog din ara Oaului care i-a scos pe oeni n
lume, a fost omul care a ndrgit ca nimeni altul
tradiia, obiceiurile i portul costumului popular de
oean, care are o frumuee aparte fa de alte
costume populare romneti, ntr-o unicitate
singular, care mbrcate pe dnui par rupte din
file de poveste. Si astfel ndrgind att de mult danul
i-a scos pe oeni n lume, fcndu-se remarcat de
ndrgitorii de folclor autohton, fac referire la Marea
Doamn a Folclorului Romnesc Doamna Marioara
Murrescu, cu care a colaborat din anul 1967,
punnd n scen diferite scenete din viaa i
obiceiurile din ara Oaului-trecut i ea prea
devreme s-i continue activitile n corul ngerilor
cereti, pn la Casa Alb din S.U.A., la Palatul Regal
din Buchingham al Reginei Elisabeta, a Marii Britanii i
pn la mpratul Achihito al Japoniei. n perioada
ultimilor cinci ani ai vieii a cordonat activitile

hotrndu-se s plece din ar, la Paris ,,pe jos. A
plecat din Bucureti la el n sat, la HOBIA, i-a luat
rmas bun de la mama sa i rude i a plecat spre Paris
prin Viena, Munchen, Bavaria, Elveia i apoi Frana.
Pe drum, dup o ploaie torenial, fiind pe jos, s-a
mbolnvit de pneumonie, fiind internat la un spital
de maici, continund drumul dup ce s-a nsntoit
spre Paris, cu trenul (a fost internat la mnstirea de
micue din Luneville).
n urma unui concurs susinut n 1905 la
coala Naional Superioar de Arte Frumoase din
Paris, CONSTANTIN BRNCUI a fost admis, dar peste
un an, n 1906, mplinind 30 de ani (limita de vrst
admis) prsete celebra coal superioar, fiind
acceptat s lucreze n atelierul cunoscutului sculptor
francez AUGUSTE RODIN. Dar tnrul sculptor romn
CONSTANTIN BRNCUI a refuzat afirmnd c la
umbra marilor copaci nu crete nimic, dect iarb.
Zmbind, marele artist francez RODIN, cnd a aflat
rspunsul, a spus c i d dreptate lui BRNCUI i c
este tot att de ncpnat ca i el.
n anul 1906 CONSTANTIN BRNCUI ncepe
s-i expun public lucrrile sale la Salonul Toamnei
din Paris i la Societatea Naional de Arte Frumoase.
El a nchiriat un atelier n strada Montparnasse, loc
unde a realizat toate lucrrile sale, ncepnd cu

Consider necesar faptul de-a face cteva
precizri la nceputul acestei lucrri monografice,care
realmente a pornit ,,de la o idee,,- din dorina de-a
aduce la lumin trecutul aezrii comunei Bixad,ca
parte corporativ a ,,Trii Oaului,,- satul unde mi-a
fost dat s vd pentru prima oar lumina zilei,locul
unde m-am nscut i am rostit primele cuvinte n
dulcele grai romnesc-aezate n fagurele limbii
romne,din momentul n care am nceput activitatea
mea de dascl.
Desigur c locul naterii oricruia dintre
muritorii pmntului,aici unde ai simit freamtul
pdurii,clipocitul apei de la izvoare care-i
disemineaz prundiul auriu n matca izvorului,i
amintete de urmele pailor din roua dimineilor
lsate printre florile cmpului,a lanului de gru,care
de altfel mpodobesc peisagistic coamele dealurilor n
miezul verilor n fiecare var.
Aici,cred c cei care sunt nscui n aceast
zon,oameni care prin simplitatea fizionomic a
fpturilor,s-au considerat ntotdeauna mai aproape
de Dumnezeu.Pe deplin ndreptit, Bixadul l
definesc ,,o adevrat gur de rai,,ca frumusee a
peisajului,a oamenilor buni i harnici care n anumite
momente ale vieii i-au crispat feele n ndrjire
pentru suferina creat n obinerea adevrului i-a
dreptei credine,oameni iubitori de dreptate,iubitori
de familie,oameni cu credin n Dumnezeu,rsdit
n suflet i n fapte.
Afirm cu deplin responsabilitate c locuitorii
acestei aezrii mirifice din Tara Oaului,cum dealtfel
ne place s-o denumim au fost i sunt nfptuitori i
iubitori de istorie,aa cum aceasta a fost i este
ntotdeauna nfptuit i resimit prin oamenii de
