MECHANICAL SAFETY COORDINATOR

Manage, Coordinate and participate in preventive measures for pipeline corrosion, conduct failure analysis
to determine the remaining useful life and risk ranking of oil and gas pipelines.

Orient newly employed staffs on the compliance of Health Safety and Environment policies in the refinery.

Organize and Coordinate with respective workforce to ensure compliance of daily schedule for stationary
equipment released by planning in time and with quality.

Knowledge in lifting and rigging operations, confined space entry and working

Participate in workplace activities to raise the quality of HSE input, including JSAs, incident investigation
and risk management

Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plans for assigned
facilities and ensure the compliance of safe refinery operating procedures.

Provide HSE and technical support for the performance and best practices to support commissioning
operations and ensure appropriate risk assessment is conducted.
