Team Coaching
Leadership Team Coaching

Action Learning

A leadership team coaching process, particularly at

the Senior or Executive Team level, can effectively
prepare a team to implement a large-scale organizational,
strategic or cultural change. Leadership team coaching
helps each member and the collective team excel.
Depending on the need, the process may involve
deepening awareness; strengthening alignment,
relationship building, communication and collaboration.
Performance on leadership metrics is a focus.

Action Learning takes place when a team works with

a coach over a longer period to increase leadership
competencies and learning agility through the use of
inquiry and reflection while the team is working on
organization-sponsored project. The process helps
the team break ineffective and unhealthy patterns,
replacing those with behaviors that encourage
innovation and collaboration. The objective is to
maximize individual and team learning from the
project experience, while developing individual leaders
and high-potentials with a focus on learning agility,
networking, influence, and cross-functional leadership.

CCLs emergent process allows teams to be more

productive and effective by working together on
real-world business challenges in a safe environment
that is conducive to increasing team members
understanding of group dynamics, and other factors
that may be limiting the team from operating to its
full potential.
Key Features
Custom assessment package to determine
the teams readiness, strengths and
development needs.
A combination of face-to-face, telephone and
video conferencing, as well as direct observation
and feedback sessions.

Coaching Model & Process

CCLs Coaching Model

CCLs coaching model, called RACSR, is a comprehensive, researched-based,
dynamic framework for leadership development.
The five key components of this model, when used in proper proportion, guide
the coaching engagement, and produce optimal personal and professional results.

Coaching as a Core Business Strategy

Good coaching challenges assumptions, provides space for
reflection and gives safety for exploration and innovation.
Embedding the language of coaching and asking powerful
questions can create the right environment for your business
leaders to grow and achieve results. CCL can provide a wide
scope of services to support this effort, from 1-1 coaching,
team coaching, providing coaching skills to leaders and
training staff to take on internal coaching responsibilities.
