LEAGUE ROSTER
When joining the league, a player must choose a league faction to play for (Imperials
or Rebels). To ensure that league faction membership is as balanced as possible, a
player may not choose a league faction if it would result in that faction containing 2 or
more players more than the other faction.
The league roster sheet allows players to track their wins, modified wins, losses
and draws. League organizers may use these to determine player rankings for the
purposes of awarding end-of-season prizes and awards.
LEAGUE MATCHES
Each campaign match must be played by 2 players (or even teams) running opposing
factions. Before setting up for a match, the players must choose to fight over an
unconquered sector on the campaign map. If they cannot agree to the location of the
battle, they flip a coin and the winner of the coin toss chooses. Record the name of the
contested sector on the battle reports sheet.
Each sector has a recommended scenario, either a dogfight with a set squad point
limit or one of the missions found in X-Wing expansion packs. League organizers may
allow alternate missions or ignore those listed, letting players choose any fair scenario
they agree to.
After the match, the players indicate the winner of the match on the battle reports
sheet by filling in the circle next to the winners name and mark their individual
results on the roster sheet. In the case of a draw, neither player achieves a win on the
campaign map.
CAMPAIGN MAP
Each time a match is won, fill in a circle corresponding to the winners faction for the
contested sector on the campaign map. When all of a factions circles are filled for a
sector, that sector is conquered by that faction and no more battles may be fought there.
When a sector is conquered, its value (1, 2 or 3) contributes to the factions
campaign score.The first faction to reach a campaign score of 13 wins the campaign
and ends the season.
