I understand that NHS Trusts must apply to NHS TDA for approval of settlements and special severance
payments. I would be grateful if you would provide a list of settlement/ special severance payments by NHS
Trusts that NHS TDA has approved in each of the following periods:

Financial year 2014-2015
Current financial year to date

Please indicate in each of the list for these three periods,

a) the amount paid
b) which of the payments related to cases with a whistleblowing element (as indicated by an ET claim of
whistleblowing detriment, allegations of whistleblower reprisal or public interest disclosures by the
employee)
