It is important to note that the figures above were the maximum amount the NHS Trust could have settled with. The actual
payment may have been lower or not made at all. None of the payments related to an employment tribunal claim of
whistleblowing detriment, allegations of whistle-blower reprisal or public interest disclosures by the employee.
