INTRODUCTION
The Crescent Group Manufactures is one of the most
important sectors of Pakistan. It contributes significantly
to the country's GDP, exports as well as employment.
It is, in fact, the backbone of the Pakistani economy.
Established capacity the Crescent Group of Pakistan has a
total established spinning capacity of 1550 million kgs of
conditioners, and others useful products.

INTERPRETATION
1. HEAD & SHOULDER SHAMPOO (LEAD BY MR. ANWAR)
The targets of Head and shoulders are not achieved by the concerned sales
person as there is acute shortage of the materials. The 79% are totally based
upon the working capital.

2. PENTEIN SHAMPOO (LEAD BY MR. RIZWAN)


The 86% of the total selling conveyed by the concerned sales person as the
GDP is increase of the above mentioned product.

3. CLEAN & CLEAR SHAMPOO (LEAD BY MR. ZUNAIR)


As the product demand is very high its takes the average sale of 81%, so
the highest GDP remain constant.

4. SUNSILK SHAMPOO (LEAD BY AFSAR)


The product sunsilk is increasing day by day and in the month of June, the
percentage level is very increase by 90% of Sales.

5. DOVE SHAMPOO (LEAD BY REHAN)


The product of the same instant of Dove shampoo is decrease by 76%.

Conclusion
Overall

Sunsilk

Shampoo

shows

better

performance than other Products in some ratios due to their business


size. However precisely all the products revels good results in the
month of June-12.
