GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY I, Mr. S.SENTHIL KUMAR aged about 40 years

WHEREAS the residential property being the land, 3564 sq.ft. in Block No.19, T.S.No.57
Egmore - Nugambakkam Revenue Taluk and situated at Chennai Corporation Door
No.101, Nehru Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai-600 094 bearing part of Paimash No.312/2
and 313, which is more fully described in the Schedule given below and hereinafter
referred to as SCHEDULE A, belongs to one K.N.Srinivasan (father of the Executant),
K.N.Govindrajan, N.Vairam, & N.Seetharaman, having acquired the same through a
court order dated 4.12.90 (OS No. 7573 of 1989 on the file of the Honble XII Assistant
City Civil Court ,Chennai ) as rightful legal heirs of Sivagami Chidambaranar and Sami
Chidambaranar, for the above property and enjoyed the same without any encumbrance
from 1989 onwards.
WHEREAS K.N.Srinivasan died on 15.12.1998 intestate, leaving behind the following
legal heirs, S.Senthil Kumar (Principal), S.Rajasekaran (Agent), Mr.S.Rajashkumar and
Mrs. S.Radha Rukmani. The 1/16th UDS of the said property which is more fully
described in the SCHEDULE A devolved upon each of the legal heirs of
K.N.Srinivasan.

NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, I, Mr. S.SENTHIL KUMAR ,
(the above named) do hereby appoint and constitute, Mr.S.RAJASEKARAN aged about
45 years , son of (Late) K.N.Srinivasan, residing at Flat no.3A, Shakthi palm flats,
A1A,Cholambedu Main Road, Thiru vengada Nagar, Ambattur,Chennai-600053, to be
my true and lawful Attorney and to act, execute all or any of the following acts, deeds,

things, as my attorney may deems fit, and to do the following only with respect to
SCHEDULE B property:

1.

To present for registration, any Agreement/s to sell, Sale Deed/s, Rectification


Deed/s, and/or any other documents of conveyance/s in regard of the Schedule
Property, executed by me as consenting witness and admit execution of the same
in the presence of the concerned Sub Registrar;

2.

To also present for registration, all or any other document duly executed by
me from time to time, without any limitation, before the Sub Registrar having
authority to register such deeds/documents and admit the execution of all or any
of such document/s and or deed/s and complete the registration of such
documents/deeds in the manner required under law;

3.

To sign and execute necessary forms, declarations, affidavits and other papers
required in law for registration of such documents and to take delivery of the
documents so registered by giving appropriate receipts therefore;

4.

Generally to do all such lawful acts, deeds and things in connection with the
above matters as my attorney shall deem fit and proper as fully and effectually as
I could do myself notwithstanding no express power of authority in that behalf as
hereunder provided.

And I hereby agree and undertake that I will duly ratify all actions taken by my said
Attorney and further state that all such actions in pursuance of this Power of Attorney
shall be treated as if personally done by me.

All that piece and parcel of residential property being the land and building with ground
floor and first floor, situated at 109, Puliyur village bearing Block No.19, T.S.No.57
Egmore - Nugambakkam Revenue Taluk and situated at Chennai Corporation Door

No.101, Nehru Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai-600 094 bearing part of Paimash No.312/2
and 313, admeasuring an extent of 3564 sq. Ft. and bounded as follows:
