place pictures of your family or significant other on our desk but limit it to no more

than three.
Speaker Phones

It is never okay during office hours to use speaker phone. This is loud, distracting
and just plain rude.

Do not make personal phone calls to family and friends that involve arguing,

raising our voice or offering personal details, if we have to make a call keep it brief.
Strictly Business
Refrain from sendingjokes or other 'junk' email at work to our friends or cubicle

Never barge into a colleagues cubicle. Treat their personal space as if it was an

office with a door.


Noise
As a basic rule, keep our voice down. When we are on the phone, remember,

there is everyone else.

the vibrate function. It is always best to use the vibrate setting.


Barefoot & Working
remember we are not in our own home. Taking off our shoes and roaming the

office in our socks, or worse- barefoot is unacceptable office behavior
