Personal Profile
I am a very outgoing and positive person who is always reliable, friendly
and trustworthy. I pride myself in having the ability to be flexible, punctual
and can work effectively within a team environment as well as working on
my own initiative. Through my different job roles I have gained excellent
communication skills and customer service skills that I can use in any job.
I am highly motivated, open to new challenges and I am always willing to
discover and develop my skills within the workplace. I am looking to
secure permanent employment where I can show my full potential and be
an asset to any employer.

Employment History
Costa

Barista/Supervisor 13th - March 2012 - 20th December 2013


My main responsibilities at Costa included supervising night shifts, serving
customers food and drinks, cleaning when needed, stock rotation and
ordering. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and skills throughout my
employment in a very busy and quick paced environment such as
supervisory skills, health & safety awareness, cash handling, food
handling and excellent customer service skills.
Professional Barista Training including use of machinery, knowledge of
types of coffee, steaming milk, shots and creative presentation.

Family First

Retail Assistant - March 2011 - June 2011


At Family First I was responsible for till sales, customer service, stock
rotation and dealing with paperwork. I gained more experience and skills
here such as working in a team, customer service skills and cash handling.

Poundland

Sales Assistant - September 2009 - December 2009


As a Sales assistant I had various duties such as serving customers,
keeping floors and tills clear and replacing stock on shelves. At Poundland
I gained experience with cash handling, working within a team and as an
individual, listening to and respecting customers and following health and
safety procedures.
