General Motors Lansing Delta Township Plant
Developed, updated, and delivered a series of electrical controls courses, supporting the transition of the plant

Familiarization, Software Familiarization, and Troubleshooting.

Collaborated with Union training team members to develop and pilot a weeklong electrical controls
troubleshooting course, contained 75% hands-on troubleshooting of actual equipment.

Rollout of Fords Electrical Safe Work Practices
Created and delivered a highly successful rollout of workplace safety policies and procedures to numerous
skilled trades electricians at various Ford facilities, including Stamping Plant, Engine Plant, Fords Diversified
Manufacturing Plant, and Ford Vehicle Safety Center.
Updated and delivered training at CITGO refinery in Lake Charles, LA, and instructed Electrical Safe Work
Practices and Lockout/Tag-out procedures at Texas Instruments.
Subsequently developed a 16-hour internal training course based on OSHA and NFPA requirements, as well as
a refresher course, a 4-hour overview course, and updated a 16-hour Arc Flash course.
Ford Supplier Learning Institute (FSLI)
Served as Senior Project Manager and Management/Integration Stream Lead for the launch of the FSLI project,
including managing a team of 10 high-level consultants, instructional systems designers, and software
programmers from three different companies to design and develop a supplier training solution.
Earned the 1999 ASTD "Excellence in Practice Citation" and the 2001 ISPI "Award of Excellence for
Outstanding Human Performance Intervention" for program, as well as received several internal Ford letters of
