provided over 20 years working in industrial control project management and technical training. Rapidly assessed
critical issues and developed creative solutions for diverse and successful teams to implement.

Electrical and Industrial Controls for GM Plants
Effective instructor in Electrical and Industrial Controls, utilizing extensive knowledge of industrial equipment
and operating environments for GM Lansing Delta Township, MI; Spring Hill, TN; Ramos, Mexico; Oshawa, ON,
Canada; and Youngstown, OH.
General Motors Lansing Delta Township Plant
Developed, updated, and delivered a series of electrical controls courses, supporting the transition of the plant
workforce from older controls technology to current controls standard using Allen-Bradley ControlLogix
processors.
Developed and provided the following courses: Management Overview to Production Systems, Hardware
Familiarization, Software Familiarization, and Troubleshooting.
Collaborated in the upgrade of Controls Architecture Curriculum, including hardware and software
familiarization courses.
GM Plant in Oshawa, Canada
Collaborated with Union training team members to develop and pilot a weeklong electrical controls
troubleshooting course, contained 75% hands-on troubleshooting of actual equipment.
Created training based on actual problems experienced on the line, effectively reducing future downtime.
Dramatically improved up-time, leading to plant being awarded the next midsize car for production.
