Introduction
Sindangan is a first class municipality located east in the province of Zamboanga
del Norte, Philippines. It is considered as a town with one of the fastest and growing
economy in the region. The term Sindangan is believed to be named after a fish locally
known as indangan. Currently, it houses 100,000 people and offers tons of opportunities,
a core reason why Sindangan is subjected to become a city.

In 20 years time, the five entrepreneurs view the town as a developed and
independent city. A venue where citizens aid one another in raising the status of each
resident, this will be Sindangan City in future endeavors. The businesspersons expect to
see new and modernized industry where it hosts local and international affairs. It will
provide the basic essential needs of every one.

The proposed business, the Syntax Corporation, will not only attract more
foreigners to invest in the region but also bring huge achievement in the growth of the
municipal. The industry will ensure to use local goods in certain units as a sign of
devoting the progression of the city. A lot of opportunities will likewise be opening up- a
huge help to many aspiring employees. Moreover, the company will be engaging in
supporting families on the poverty line.

Description of the Business

The Syntax Corporation will be a versatile tourism enterprise site situated in
Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte. It will comprise a 45-story skyscraper complex
with a 3-story multipurpose mall connected to the structures. It is estimated to cover a
land area of 3 hectares.
The 45-story condominium complex is expected to be one of the tallest buildings
in the whole district at 150 meters, roughly at 500 feet in its completion. The first floor
will be made as the main lobby where most customers will be catered with utmost
attention. All vital parts, information and resources will be available here. In the next 42
floors, luxurious condo will be present in which 10 rooms will be offered each level. The
last floor of the skyscraper will host a large swimming pool exclusive only to customers
and breathtaking adventures such as the skywalk, and roller coaster.
The 3-story multipurpose mall will be the center of entertainment. It will be the
setting for different amusement in each floor. Department stores, food court, restaurants,
fitness center, branches of high-end companies, a stage, movie complex, fun and games
facilities will be offered. The mall will also hold events in any occasion, a fundamental
reason why artists, game developers, and public figures are most welcome in performing
in our stage.
The two structures will be modernized in form, appearing with a science-fiction
theme. Both buildings will be making use of devices and technology to the next level.
Entrances will be motion-sensor, elevators will be sound-automated and security will be
composed of flying drones with cameras.
The five businessmen will be offering the franchising of their companys name
and will be accepting collaborations from different managers. In addition, the
entrepreneurs will launch a society-friendly program that inhibits in sponsoring wellperforming unfortunate students in any institution and many more.
