1.9.1 Organisational objectives
1. To increase the feelings of cooperation understanding and trust
among members
2. To increase market share in the competitive scenario through unique
and innovative scheme
3. To increase the no. of members in Biratnagar Area
4. To maintain good relationship with other tyre showroom
5. To build entrepreneurship skill by giving income generating skill and
training and involvement on the same
1.9.2 Specific objectives
The main objective is to examine the customer relation management
procedures of Birat MRF showroom. The objectives are:
1. To examine and analyse the customer relationship with Tyre
showroom
2. To compare the profit of various years
3. To know the overall expenses and income of tyre showroom
4. To gain the practical knowledge about profitability of organization
5. To gain the practical knowledge about interacting with cutomers
1.9.1 Studying the choosen organization
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is two years master degree
program. It has been regarded as a course of study which is a blend of
Management with Information Technology. It is designed in such a way that it
aims to develop business and management skills necessary to become an
effective human resource in managerial field as well as business leader and
entrepreneur. The degree offers diversified theoretical knowledge as well as
practical applications. The program enables an individual to become a
competent, skilled, and confident and result oriented professional in todays
competitive world. It emphasizes problem solving competencies and skills
which are very supportive in the organisations.It also improves critical and
creative thinking, analytical ability and communication and presentation
skills.
As the curriculum implemented by P.U for MBA 4 th semester, the internship
assignment is compulsory which covers 200 marks. For the completion of
MBA, students are required to perform internship individually. This internship,

students are supposed to undertake for eight weeks, target to train and
prepare students to learn real life working environment. Internship makes
fresh students aware with the market and helps them to learn organisational
culture, working procedure and real life challenges.
This project entitled Customer Relation Management of Birat MRF
Showroom. Has been prepared for the fulfillment of the requirement for the
degree of Master in Business Administration (MBA), Purbanchal University.
The focus of study of this internship is to know the operation of Birat MRF
showroom and its various services.
