Liberty flour mills, incorporated (the parents name) was incorporated


and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on
December 26,1958 and is engaged primarily in manufacture of flour,
utilization of its by-product and the distribution and sales its produce. The
Parent companys subsidiary, LFM Properties Corporation, (LPC), was
incorporated and registered with SEC on December 18,1995 and is primarily
engaged in the business of leasing out real estate properties such as office
spaces and condominium units. The parent company and the LPC have their
regulatory bodies in circulating their business such as Department of trade
and Industry and Department of Labor and Employment. These are also
transpire with different both public and private organization that are concern
in the said industry.
Food and Drug Administration
FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the
safety, efficacy and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological
products, medical devices, our nations food supply, cosmetics, and products
that emit radiation. They play a significant role in the Nations
counterterrorism capability. FDA fulfills this responsibility by ensuring the
security of the food supply and by fostering development of medical
products to respond to deliberate and naturally emerging public health
threats.

Department of Trade Industry


DTI is the executive department of the Philippine Government tasked
to expand Philippine trade, industries and investments as the means to
generate jobs and raise incomes for Filipinos. It acts as catalyst for
intensified private sector activity in order to accelerate and sustain economic
growth through comprehensive industrial growth strategy, progressive and
socially responsible trade liberalization and deregulation programs and
policymaking designed for the expansion and diversification of Philippine
trade - both domestic and foreign.

DENR is mandated to be the primary government agency responsible
for the conservation, management, development and proper use of the
country's environment and natural resources, including those in reservations,
watershed areas and lands of the public domain, as well as the licensing and
regulation of all natural resources utilization as may be provided by law in
order to ensure equitable sharing of the benefits derived therefrom for the
welfare of the present and future generations of Filipinos.
Based on the above mandate, the DENR envisions to pass on to
Filipinos a renewed hope in people's ability to chart a new direction for
development and a legacy of a self-sustaining environment, mindful of
people's rights to a life of dignity.
Department of Labor and Employment
DOLE is the executive department of the Philippine Government
mandated to formulate policies, implement programs and services, and
serve as the policy-coordinating arm of the Executive Branch in the field of
labor and employment. It is tasked with the enforcement of the provisions of
the Labor Code.
Securities and Exchange Commission
SEC is the agency of the Government of the Philippines responsible for
regulating the securities industry in the Philippines. The SEC is an agency
within the Office of the President of the Philippines. Its major functions
include registration of securities, analysis of every registered security, and
the evaluation of the financial condition and operations of applicants for
security issue.
