New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie told the Des

Moines Register editorial board Friday that he doesnt
expect to win the Iowa caucuses, but he wants to beat

structure unofficially known as Shorehenge is
in compliance with the law, which would cost thousands of dollars, or demolish it. The council is inclined
to wave bye-bye.
