Assist HSE Manager in the preparation of Loss Prevention Program (LPP) or Health,
Safety & Environment (HSE) Program, Policy and Standard of Company/Client
during Bid stage.
To coordinate and conduct safety orientations for newly hired employees in
accordance with the Loss Prevention/HSE Program of the Project and Clients
requirements.
Assist & develop additional safety standards procedure required by client in the field
of Safety, Health & Environment.
Conduct HSE inspections and audits, in addition to official inspections required by
Clients to particular assigned Camps & Worksite.
Assist in the implementation of SMART programs at the project site if
required.
To gather all Reports related to Safety in all existing Projects & generate weekly,
monthly yearly statistics reports and conduct regular safety audits.
Coordinate and conduct work area assessment. Assist departments with specific
training needs by locating and scheduling outside training activities.
Assist in the implementation of operational systems and procedures of the
Company QSHE Department to include but not limited to; Work Permits
System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, Hazardous Chemical-MSDS, PPE System,
H2S Awareness, Benchmarking, and other required training activities.
To perform all other functions and responsibilities relative to HSE which will be
assigned intermittently by the Safety Manager.
Collect & maintains data essential for effective safety, and environmental programs as
per Clients requirements.
Participate in regular scheduled HSE Meetings
