Professional Summary
I am a degree educated Primavera P6 planner with 9 years of planning experience working on a
variety of different infrastructure, airport, residential, commercial and retail projects. I have
quickly risen from a graduate planning engineer to an assistant planning manager and I consider
myself fortunate to have worked on several high value prestigious projects. At present I am
looking to further my skills set by gaining employment in the UK, US & Middle East, with a
reputable firm, on similarly large scale and prestigious projects.

The most luxurious development in the island city of Mumbai. Spread across 23 pristine acres, with
15 acres of open space reserved for recreational facilities. L&Ts scope includes construction of
shell & core area for four towers each of 55 storeys.
Finalized project schedule, cost, and its implementation throughout the project in using P6
version 8.2 to consolidate the schedule.
Analysed project performance utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Developed procedures/instructions for preparation and maintenance of project plans,
master/detail schedules, and activity coding structures such as CBS, OBS, and WBS.
Executed cost and scope control management processes including schedule, scope, risk,
quality, issues and integrated change controls.
Ensured the implementation of the cost control system during the initial phase.
Communicated with and acted as liaison for project team, sub-contractors, vendors and client.
Collected, consolidated, analysed, and monitored the project scope, cost, and schedule control

Project included development of the new integrated passenger terminal and expanding the existing
facilities, which also contained the airside and landside works to be executed on a turnkey basis. I
was responsible for planning of Airside Works. The airside works (243 Million USD) included reconstruction of the runway (RWY 09/27 17 Million USD, RWY 14/32 17 Million USD), taxiways
of 4.0 lakh sqm (49 Million USD) and aprons of 8.00 lakh sqm (160 Million USD) which will
accommodate large wide bodied Code-F aircrafts, airfield ground lighting system, ARFF station and
equipment and other airport support buildings.
Developed WBS and generated activity code dictionary, resource pool, calendars, budgets and
all codes necessary for schedule and control in Primavera P6.
Prepared periodic schedule reports on the status of Engineering, Procurement and Construction
activities and supported reporting requirements for invoice submittals and monthly status
reports.
Generated planning procedures such as Coordination and Document handling, Scheduling and
Control, and Progress Measurement and Reporting.
Led a team directed by Project Control Manager to organize and prepare the Project Closeout
Report and the Cost Feedback Data Report for Project Control Department, Commercial
Department, and PMO.
Prepared Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reports including variances of & forecasts
for the project plan.
Conducted critical path and what-if analysis of projects to propose corrective/preventive
actions.
Collaborated with commercial team to create and develop project Cost Management and Cash
Flow Plan.
Critically reviewed final project status, communication procedures, status of deliverables, and
project activities to ensure all commitments were met per project goals/objectives.
Had a brief stint of aviation pavement engineering (geometric design) for two years. I was
involved in the geometric design of five taxiways, two rapid exit taxiways and a new addendum
apron. I was also involved in the construction phasing of the Airside areas for the season 20112012, 2012-2013 & 2013-2014. I was also the design-site & inter-disciplinary engineering
coordinator for the At-Grade Roads package adjacent to the T2 Terminal.
