Flexitank
Flexitank is a bulk liquid container constructed of multiple layers of
polyethylene with an outer covering of woven polyproylene with
volume from 16 up to 26 thousand liters, for transportation of any
non hazardous liquids using the standard 20-foot sea or railway
container. In other words, it converts a 20ft container from a dry
goods carrier to a liquid carrier. It is tted in an ocean container,
providing a healthier and cost-eective alternative to shippers of bulk
liquid products. Flexitanks are made using custom formulated
blended polyethylene, the ingredients of which are approved by the
US Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) for the carriage of a wide
range of liquid foodstus. They are also approved by stringent
international bodies for the carriage of bulk liquid products -
rendering it safe and sound, and making it a highly environmental-
friendly packaging medium. It is for single use. Flexitanks oer a
dynamic, exible, safe and cost eective solution for all bulk liquid
transport requirements.

Easy Flexitank
E-ex is the rst and only exitank in the world that:

Does not require any bulkhead or special tting requirements.
Does not exert any pressure to the side walls.
Fitting is only a few minutes.

The patented design with two bladders in the shape of a pyramid that
prevents the movement of the liquid and makes the bulkheads
obsolete.
The patented bonnet design on the valve that preserves the cargo,
acting as a second level of security.
No need for carton in most cases due to thicker fabric and elimination
of friction with the side walls of the container as there is no contact.

Easy
Fitting
Simple tting procedure - can be tted by 2 persons in 5-10 minutes.

Taken out of the box, unrolled into the container, fastened by the
lashings and ready to load.

Lower labor cost for tting.

3 times faster heating process compared to conventional exitanks

conventional exitanks.

Information
Once the truck drive through a curve, the side walls shown with green
colour balances the liquid and blocks the liquid to generate
hydrodynamic energy.

Since all the hydrodynamic energies are blocked, E-ex does not
require any bulkhead.

Tests Passed

The E-Flex has passed the COA test with the most recent 2G
requirements; has been able to take 2.38G instead of the required 2G.
The impact tests reports are led with COA; the requirement on that
is direct from COA with ref no CFRAN521.

E-Flex has passed the AAR test; has been able to take the 4 impacts at
dierent speed levels required by AAR

Tailored Flexitanks
Air Vent
We are able to manufacture special orders as per our clients needs
and specications, a clear example of this is the use of Air Vents. We
can supply our clients with Auto Airvents for releasing Air pressure
inside the E-Flex. Auto Airvent works automatically if the E-Flex is
under pressure it works like a balance vent.
