THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE

Task Performed
December 3, 2014 to December 4, 2014
I went to the company and submitted the requirements before starting the training.
I met the head of the training and he told me the date to start the training.
December 10, 2014 to December 12, 2014
During this week, I received a text message from Boamax Company informing
me to report immediately.
December 17, 2014 to December 19, 2014
The manager assigned me in the purchasing department where I met the
employees. I sat on the table and waited for some tasks be given. Few minutes later,
Maam Che, my immediate supervisor, taught me how to file the papers properly. During
this week, I arranged the suppliers names in order and return them on their respective
folder.
December 7, 2015 to December 8, 2015
During this week, I filed the documents of the suppliers. I also encoded all the
Purchase Orders of the company. Tracking and monitoring of suppliers who came by
were also assigned to me.

December 14, 2015

to December 16, 2015

During this week, I came early to continue the unfinished tasks. I managed to
arrange and return the names of the suppliers properly in their respective folders.
December 21, 2015 to December 23, 2015
During this week, I repeatedly encoded the purchase order numbers of the
suppliers. I looked for Maam Camille for her to sign the papers. After Maam Camille
signed the papers, I returned them to Maam Che.
December 28, 2015 to December 29, 2015
During the last week of my training, I still continued filing the suppliers
documents. I checked the purchase order numbers of the suppliers. Whenever the
supervisor needed me to receive important documents and hand it to Maam Ofel, I
would immediately follow. During the last few days, I would go to the lobby and get the
gate pass of the driver before they can get outside of the companys premises.

Observed Strengths and Weaknesses of the Training Areas

During the training, I have observed the dedication and hard work of the
employees. They value teamwork and respect each other to have a productive workplace.
One of companys weaknesses is its inability to close sales after making proposal
presentations to the clients.

Insights
In terms of business trend sometimes the companys effort are not enough to close the
deal with customers considering that they show fascinating presentations.
Problems Encountered
Problems encountered when trying to negotiate the contract between the buyers
and seller arise from practical issues rather than a legal issue.
Personally, I encountered a simple problem when there is a slow movement of
transactions between each departments.
Suggestion for Improvement
The employees need to cooperate to know what the problem, policies are and be
responsible for the process they had. Establish, monitor and follow department rules to
avoid problems and conflicts between the employees and they need to think the right
decision before making the final decision.

SUMMARY
The trainee learned a lot of great and memorable experiences. He learned some of
the business processes and standards needed to follow to have the desired output. He also
learned how to value work and the people around for these are the keys to the success of
each individual and the whole company.
