As Marketing and Branding Manager for Multiplex Automation, I am forever focused on new ways to introduce our brand to our avatar while strengthening the client belief in our brand through ensuring our
support team is delivering impeccable service to our clients, and that our product is top-notch and evolving within product development. Impressing the client by delivering the very best at all times is my number one priority. I dont believe its enough to just keep clients happy. In order to keep them coming
back, they need to be impacted in a way that is memorable and unique to them, so ensuring that our
brand stands out in the industry as superlative, is always key and something I continuously strive for.

As the Human Resource Manager for Palmetto Tire Service, I have gained a strong working knowledge of
the skills necessary for management in the Human Resource field. While at Palmetto Tire, I earned
certification in the ADP payroll system, as well as supervisor training in drug and alcohol abuse. I had the
full responsibility of all payroll functions, maintaining complete personnel files that comply with all
federal regulations, and maintenance of all computer-based programs. Management of all employee
benefits as well as cobra compliance was a part of my responsibilities. I also implemented a new program
for new hire training along with a pre-employment and random drug testing program that involves hair
testing and CDL/DOT compliance. The skills that I have learned as a Human Resource Manager have
been invaluable to my career, and have proved to be enjoyable as well.
