In connection with our meeting today, we would like to offer our services to provide __________ and
_____________________ services to your Company. This proposal describes the scope, objectives, nature and
limitations of the services we will provide.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our services include controllership and management consultancy services for (Name of Company).
Controllership Services
Controllership services include the maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, generation of
periodic financial reports, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the fairness of
the company's reported financial results, among others.
As described above, our scope of work also includes review of your present accounting systems and procedures to
identify areas that need improvements. We will submit and provide the Company with our written report which
will contain the result s of our review and tests of the effectiveness of the Companys internal control systems and
procedures.
Our report will contain our comments and recommendations for the Companys consideration for the
improvement of its internal administrative and accounting controls, or any non compliance with applicable laws
and regulations or other matters that we have observed or noted that should be brought to the Companys
attention.
We will also designate a Manager who will visit the COMPANYs office every day to check the progress of our
staff assigned.
We are also available for consultations and meetings.
Management Consultancy Services
Management consulting is the practice of creating value for the organizations, through improved performance,
achieved by providing objective advice and implementing business solutions. In other words, management
consultants help to take the organizations further than they would go on their own.

We will assist your Company to improve its performance through the analysis of existing organizational problems
and the development of plans for improvement.

REVIEW OF THE COMPANYS OPERATIONS AND SYSTEMS

At the start of this engagement, we will perform a diagnostics review and evaluation of the Companys
Accounting Systems and Procedures for us to have a full understanding of the Companys operations and systems.
At the end of this activity, we will also identify issues and areas that need Managements immediate attention.

CONFIDENTIALITY
As a professional firm, we treat with confidentiality all information and documents that we may get hold during
and after the duration of this engagement.

TIMETABLE
We estimate the reasonable period for us to complete this engagement within five (5) to ten (10) months for the
Company to be assured of efficient and reliable accounting and operating system as one of the basis for
managements decision making for improvements or possible future expansion.
At the end of this engagement, we can continue providing you our controllership and consultancy services at
mutually agreed terms and conditions.

FEES AND BILLINGS

For the above services, we propose to bill you a package monthly retainer fee of P_____________.
Out-of-pocket expenses such as photocopying, transportation and other expenses directly related with the
engagement will be billed separately.
Please sign and return the attached copy of this letter to indicate that it is in accordance with your understanding
of the arrangements of our consultancy engagement.
