4. Programme

4.1 MMC proposed the contract commencement date to be on 30 KHL

April 2008. KHL had to liase with CLP to confirm the date as
well as the mobilization work of the containers to site.
4.2 JJ reminded KHL to submit the Organization Chart, Safety Plan, KHL
Environmental Plan, QA Plan, Master Programme, Submission
Schedule, etc. to CLP as soon as possible.

5. Progress

5.1 KH stated that Bridge Inspection Vehicle (BIV) would be used for KHL
the inspection work at side of Jetty Deck with fenders, and the
 inspection would be started on 19May 2008.
5.2 KH expressed that the fabrication work of the scaffold platform at KHL
Approach Bridge had been started at the Sheung Shui Workshop.
The anticipated date for the erection work at CLP would be on 26
May 2008.
5.3 JJ expressed that the painting work at Jetty could be done by KHL/ JP
subcontractor, and reminded KHL and JP to prepare the
subcontract document for the painting work.
5.4 JJ reminded KHL and JP to submit the payment application to KHL/JP
Hip Hing by end of May 2008. as the contract work had been
started on 30April2008.
5.5 KHL expressed that he was still liaising with Eddie Hui and CF KHL
Chow for the method statement of the pile wrapping work, and it
was still not finalized. JJ reminded KHL to speed up the work.
5.6 MMC stated that Mr. C.M.Chan and Mr. Y.F.Shum would be MMC
assigned for this project in next week.
