FOREWORD

Praise God Almighty for guidance , mercy , and His guidance , authors
can complete the task of English in the form of a report without any hindrance
in accordance with a predetermined time . Assignment report is based on the
experience and knowledge I gained during this task.
English language support tasks in the form of reports that have been
made I collated in order to fulfill the tasks of the School .By this I realized
that this report will not be structured without the assistance of the relevant
parties .
Therefore , on this occasion not forget I say many thanks to all those
who have helped in making the task I English in the form of this report .

CHAPTER I
EXPLANATION
1.1. Prakerin Mean
Prakerin is an education that is carried out in a
Dual Education System . These activities usually done
by students who were in vocational schools (SMK).
With this program students will be prepared for maampu Smk
compete in the world of work . In Indonesian in organizing the Dual
System Education , vocational training participants undergo
internship in the industry only a few months during their undergo
education system three years or four years in SMK.
Education Dual System through work practices program
industry is an obvious step to make the system of vocational
education and training more relevant to the world of work role in
order to produce graduates who are qualified and ready to work.
1.2. Prakerin Goal
1. To introduce students to the business world .
2. Foster and improve students' attitudes necessary profosional to
enter the business world .
3. Increase creativity and productivity of the student as preparedness
or entering the business world indeed .
4. Students broaden horizons and view of the types of work at a place
where students implement the Job Training ( PKL ) .

CHAPTER II
REGULATION
1.2. Prakerin Regulation
1. Listed in the Act . No. 2 of 1989 on National Education is to
prepare students through the guidance , teaching and / or training
for its role in the future .
2. Government Regulation No. 29 of 1990 on Secondary Education
that aims to develop themselves in line with the development of
Science and Technology ( Science and Technology) as well as
culture .
3. Regulation No. pemernitah 39 of 1992 on public participation in
the National Education .
4. Decree No. 0490/1993 on Kuriulum SMK containing that " In
carrying out the study conducted through two channels, namely
Education in Schools and Education beyond school "
5. In the appendix Mendikbud decision on the 1994 curriculum
SMKTA that the foundation documents , program and curriculum
development SMKTA 1994 .

CHAPTER III

PROFIT AND OBSTACLE


1.1. Prakerin Profit
1. No longer having trouble finding companies to place Prakerin
implementation because we have provided.
2. Participants will have the life skills that Multi Skill accordance
with the needs of the labor market and up to date.
3. Having a Certificate Course and Training of the Department of
Education and the Department of Labor in recognition of the
student's ability to apply for a job after leaving school.
4. Industrial Internship Certificate received from the company.
5. competency and confidence in students as it has in the
implementation of the Multi Skill Prakerin in other companies.
6. The training system is not boring because we set up a training
system.
7. Full Practice Computer to directly produce products of any
material being taught.
8. Forming sportsmanship and responsibility on themselves each
participant to be able to work in a team work. The system will be
shaped group practices and systems picket in the implementation
of daily activities during Prakerin.

1. Constraints Before PRAKERIN

1.

Difficult to get a field practice because so many are looking for street
vendors.

2.

The duration of the company gave a reply letter PKL.

3.

The author feels scared and nervous when dealing directly with
employees.

4.

Limited funds for expenses in place PKL search.

5.

At the beginning of the Job Training, students feel awkward and


worried about making mistakes work given to students.

There is awkwardness of having to adapt to the Company.

2. Because they have not experienced in doing work in


companies, was nervous when making a mistake in
performing a given job.
3. Lack of consultation with the supervising writer in the
agency because it was too busy with their respective duties.

Conclusion :
PRAKERIN program organized by the school is very useful
for writers and make the students add to the experience and
knowledge gained during the course PRAKERIN. With the
PRAKERIN activities make students become more familiar with the
business world and the world of work is good.
With PRAKERIN students got lessons not been learned at
school. Where students have to learn to socialize with people in the
workplace. Understanding a person's character as well as how to face
the boss accept criticism and advice from superiors gracefully.
Deepen the students' ability to apply the results of the learning
process for 3 years in school to the world of industry and business
world.
This PRAKERIN activities give students a very meaningful
experience. All this activity has a clear purpose and could be
evidenced in the results for the author to implement PRAKERIN.
