Narrative

Patrol observed the listed suspect traveling south on Market

Street approaching the intersection with Elm Street. The suspect
was traveling in the left-turn only lane and continued to drive
through the intersection with Elm Street. A traffic stop was
initiated and further investigation revealed that Foster was
intoxicated. Foster was placed under arrest and was transported
to the Potsdam Police Department where he was processed and
released on traffic tickets. His BAC was a .12.%.
