It is an

Phentermine is an appetite suppressant and the full name of the active
substance in all phentermine pills is Phentermine Hydrochloride.

Adipex
Adipex-P is the leading brand name of the generic drug Phentermine
Hydrochloride. Commonly referred to as Adipex. Adipex is manufactured by
Gate Pharmaceuticals who have been marketing the diet pill since 1990.
Adipex tablets: are blue and white and oblong in shape. Each tablet is
scored and debossed with ADIPEX-P and 9-9. Adipex tablet are packaged
in bottles of 30.
Adipex capsules: one end is opaque bright blue and the other end is opaque
white. Imprinted onto each capsule is ADIPEX-P 37.5 and two dark blue
stripes. Adipex Capsules are packaged in bottles of 100.

Over dosage
Overdoses of Adipex can have serious consequences, if quantities are high
enough this can include death. If an overdose is suspected seek medical help
immediately.
Symptoms of overdosage can include: restlessness, tremor, hyperreflexia,
rapid respiration, confusion, assaultiveness, hallucinations, panic states,
fatigue, depression, arrhythmia, hypertension or hypotension, circulatory
collapse, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps.
Fatal poisoning usually terminates in convulsions and coma.
