Introduced a clearer view into metrics impacting program success, risk, and future strategy by creating rich

Facilitated a new grant of $750,000 in support of organizing expansion by restructuring the program to integrate
metrics covering campaign and organizing progress for reporting to state and national organizations.
Led a key project to deploy and expand the advocacy case tracker system, with full integration into membership
tracking resulting in zero duplicate data entry, streamlined reporting, and a more user-friendly, accessible platform.
Optimized communications by launching a new program that enabled access and outreach to members through
multiple venues and formats.
Boosted message delivery and open rates 27% in one year and 18% and 14% in the following consecutive years
by launching an email blast program.
Enabled instant access to over 6,000 members by introducing a text alert program.
Galvanized members to send over 150,000 letters and emails to legislators during the 2015 legislative session,
contributing greatly to public education receiving an $860 million increase in funding 72% applied to Clark County.
Launched the professional learning and development program, building it to more than 2,000 educator participants
in the first year.
Spearheaded design and implementation of a mentoring community with 13 sessions to support first-year teachers.
Cut $35,000 in print costs by redesigning the publication schedule to reduce from 12 to 10 issues per school year,

Coordinated annual new hire onboarding processes for new teachers to the school district, including managing all
