TYPICAL CUSTOMIZING ERRORS

211(IDMX) System date or time not valid for assigned validity range of
ID &
The system was not able to determine a SSF profile in table IDMX_DI_PROFDET
that is valid for the relevant system date.
-

You have entered a Date To that is before the expiry date of the
certificate.
You have to request a new pair of key/certificate from the Mexican
authorities
Change the Date To value to the expiry date and change the Time
To to the expiry time of the certificate
Once you got the new requested key/certificate you have to create the
PSE-file and its customizing like for the expired file before

Attention: If the old file expires before you have received and customized
the new files you cannot create digital invoices at all. Note that the request
of the files from the Mexican authorities is an operation task to be done by
your company. It is strongly recommended to do this in time to avoid a
period where you cannot post!

212(IDMX) No valid PSE profile available for company code &

You have posted a document for a company code that is not activated to be used
for digital invoicing.
-

For this company code no entries were found in the customizing table
IDMX_DI_PROFDET
You have to enter at least one customizing entry for this company code
Hint: You should enter overlapping validity periods for different PSEfiles, for details see the IMG documentation

218(IDMX) SSF signer error; check PSE file, credentials and

SAPcryptolib
The PSE-file assigned to a profile ID in the customizing (table IDMX_DI_PSEPROF)
is not working. The PSE-file or the server credentials or the cryptographic library
was changed or was damaged or got a status that does not allow the usage
anymore. You have to check ALL steps in the sequence described below (topdown)
-

The PSE-file has been wrongly created (can only be happen when the file
never worked before in the same system)
You have to create a valid and working PSE-file that you can use in the
customizing table

The validity of the key/certificate pair has expired. Note that the certificate
has its own validity period that is not the validity of the SSF profile in the
customizing table IDMX_DI_PROFDET!
Hint: To avoid this situation, you should not use the expiry date of the
certificate for customizing value Date To when you did not have
customized a further SSF profile with a subsequent validity period.
If possible, you should use a different working PSE-file with a validity
period that is not expired until you have a new working file.
You have to request a new pair of certificate/private key from the
Mexican authorities
Hint: In general, you should use a customizing value for Date To that
is earlier than the expiry date of the certificate. The difference should
be higher than the period to request/get the new files from the Mexican
authorities. When the customized SSF-profile validity expires and no
subsequent SSF-profile is customized, you get an error message
211(IDMX) that reminds you to request a new file pair.

The server credentials are not created correctly.

You must create valid credentials, see note 1300880.

You run the wrong cryptographic library (this can only be happen when it
never worked before in the same system)
The cryptographic library was changed to a version that does not support
the formats and algorithms that are customized in table IDMX_DI_PSEPROF.
Follow the described test scenario in note 1300880 to determine which
cryptographic library is active. Install and activate a product and a
version that is supposed to be used for the digital invoice solution.
Note: It can happen that you have to install again a lower version that
you ran before because the higher version causes the issue.
