It has come to our attention that _____________________________________ (the “Minor Member”) is a member of istockphoto.com (the “Site”).
According to the terms of the Membership Agreement and Terms of Use governing the Site, all persons must be of the legal age of majority to
be a member and a contributor. This information can be found in the Membership Agreement under the section “Age and Responsibility” where
it states: “You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you
may incur as a result of the use of the Site.” Although we enjoy having members of all ages and demographics, we must have proper regard for
both the legal requirements and safety of any persons under the legal age of majority.

Accordingly, in order for the Minor Member to contribute or continue to participate in the Site as a member, we require that his or her parent
or legal guardian take legal responsibility for any lawsuits or claims that result from the Minor Member’s membership or from any intellectual
property infringements and/or claims arising out of content contributed by the Minor Member.

In consideration of permitting the Minor Member to be a member of istockphoto.com and by your signature below, you:

t consent to the membership of and participation by the Minor Member in the Site;

t acknowledge and agree that you have read the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, the Artist’s Supply Agreement, and the Content
License Agreement (the “Agreements”);

t agree that you are personally responsible and shall indemnify and hold harmless iStock International Inc. and its parent, successor and
assigns, its clients and any other party for any breach of these Agreements by the Minor Member and for any claims or lawsuits arising out of
or in connection with content contributed by the Minor Member;

t agree that should a court determine that any Agreement is unenforceable, void or voidable because the Minor Member is a minor, your
responsibility for the Minor Member’s conduct, misrepresentation, breach of contract or otherwise shall continue as if such Agreement was
fully enforceable.
