On the February 09, 2015, the Autism Society of the Philippines (ASP) Laguna Chapter in
cooperation with the GS OPTION HOUSE AND LEARNING CENTER, INC. will be holding the
9th ASP-Laguna FRIENDSHIP GAMES. The Friendship Games is an annual event featuring
Special Individuals who face each other in selected games and friendly competitions.
This is participated in by schools and institutions with SPED curriculums. The GS OPTION
HOUSE AND LEARNING CENTER has been a regular competitor and consistent Champion
for the past eight years making them a Hall of Famer in the Games.
For the 9th Friendship Games the GS OPTION HOUSE AND LEARNING CENTER, INC. was
selected as the sponsoring school.
The GS OPTION HOUSE AND LEARNING CENTER, INC. is a special education school in the
Philippines recognized by the government through the Department of Education which
has a distinct kind of quality intervention. Its primary aim is to educate and treat special
children and adults having diagnosed with autism and other related disorders such as
Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Communication Disorders, Attention
Deficit Disorder (ADD), and Learning Difficulty (LD).
In this regard, we are soliciting contributions/donations in cash or in kind to help us
defray the cost of holding the Games which is budgeted at P 185, 000.00. Hereto
attached is the schedule of expenses for your perusal.
Your donations/contributions will go a long way in supporting our autistic individuals and
others with similar disorders to become part of a normal society at the same time
unburdening their families of the social deficits resulting from them.
