DUCC Systems Summer Training Program

DUCC Systems (pronounced and DUCK Systems), is organizing summer training for students of
B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, MBA and BBA. It will be a 6 weeks training program and will be held at
Janakpuri, New Delhi (Our head office).

The batches are starting from 26th April and the seats available are limited. We are a software firm
and are providing training in software languages and technologies which are the most sought after in
the software industry. Our training for MBA students includes Marketing and sales opportunity
which also includes expertise of the technologies and software the company works on. They will be
trained for the roles of Business Analyst, Brand Managers, Advertising heads etc.

The students will be assigned projects and will have to work in a team. The projects will be the live
company projects and using the latest technologies. All the students will be given IT interview tips by
HR heads of CMMi Level 5 companies. They will be trained through Personality Enhancement
programs for HR interviews.

Our training methodology is completely unique in its approach, providing an all round development
of the students and preparing them to face the challenges of the present times.
 We will also provide an opportunity to the trainees to be placed in our organization through a
placement/screening test. This helps in lowering our expenditure in the recruitment process and
finding the best suitable candidate for our job. The trainees would be recruited as software
development trainees, implementation engineers, business analyst, business developers, sales and
marketing executives etc.

After the training program students will be awarded the training completion certificate with the
projects accomplished. They will also be awarded ‘Grades’ based on their PDP (Personality
Development Programs).

Registration Procedure:
1. Choose the course you are interested in for the summer training program.

2. Check out the fee and batch details regarding your desired course for training.

3. Make a Demand draft (D.D.) of the required fee for your desired course in favor of "DUCC
Systems", payable at New Delhi.

Then make use of any of the following methods :

A. Fill the online registration form on our website for summer training. After filling the form
you will get an option to generate your registration slip. Take the printout of this slip. If due to
communication failure you don’t take the print out of your registration slip, then some details
will be sent to your email id to regenerate the registration slip. Take the printout of that
registration slip.

B. If you are not in a position to fill the online form, then you can download the summer
training registration form (PDF format).
C. You can email us requesting the registration form at our email id info@duccsystems.com
and we will email back the registration form.

Now send the following details at our head office New Delhi. 1) D. D. 2) Registration Slip or
filled form.

Please mention the phone number 011-25624491 on the envelope with the address for the
postage convenience, before mailing the details to New Delhi.

The details may be deposited by hand at our New Delhi Office.

After receiving the registration details at our office, you will get a confirmation within a week
by email. Take the printout of this Confirmation slip. Now your seat is allotted to you.

After online registration, your seat will be temporarily registered for you for maximum 15
days. If we don’t get registration formalities within 15 days, then your seat may be allotted to
someone else, if required.

Three batches will operate: 9:00 to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
