The Generator is supplied on rental basis & will remain the sole Property of Greaves Pakistan Pvt Ltd under all
circumstances.
Request for rental period extension should be made in written at least 2 days in advance before expiry of contract.
The Genset will be withdrawn in the absence of your extension request.
To avoid additional rental cost, customer should inform us immediately after completion of the job / contract period, if there
is no further extension.
Free Excess to the generator installed (Power House) should be ensured by customer for our Operation & Maintenance
Staff & Engineers as & when required.
The delivery date of generator will be confirmed after the acceptance of this quotation. The Genset will only be delivered
after signing of Rental Contract with advance payment of one month rental and transportation charges.
All taxes, duties , registration cost , municipal levies , sales tax, CED , electricity duty etc. from the provincial & federal
Government if any should be paid by the customer.
In the event of Rental Payment default by the customer, the supplier reserves the right to withdraw the Genset along with
accessories if any, without prior notice.
The Genset should remain within the pre-specified area, should it be required to shift, a written approval must be obtained
from us.
Utilization of allowed hours in a month is compulsory; in case of un-utilization the balance hours will be lapsed.
Transportation charges may increase in case of any hindrance at site, shifting of other plant & machinery, additional rigging
job or any other reason whatsoever or maybe overlooked at the time of initial site visit shall be billed subsequently.
Customer shall provide fuel.
The Generator Set will be operated within the specified limits i.e. more than 50% and less than 80% of rated capacity/load,
Genset shall be stopped in case of any deviation. Power Factor Improver should not be used parallel with the generator.
Earth Pit, Power Cables and changeover switch to be provided by the customer.
Any License/permission/NOC for installation, operation of the Generator and all such formalities required from the
Government of Pakistan bodies, environment protection agencies including Inspectors should be obtained and managed
by the client.
Customer should sign the log book on daily basis.
GPL reserves the right to review the rent or any other terms & conditions without prior notice.
This is an indicative proposal, which will subsequently be followed by a Rental Contract.
Greaves Pakistan will not be responsible for any consequential losses due to malfunctioning / breakdown of the generator.

Rental & Transportation Payment should be made in advance through cross Cheque / Pay order in
favor of Greaves Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.

repairs of quality and profound standard with genuine spares as such trouble free and smooth operation of our
Genset is always guaranteed.
