you to maximize your savings. We have applied the same for our previous customers and it is our
goal to spread the method among other prospective clients.
Our company reviewed your background. Weve also done some researching for the
appropriate business for you. After some researches we found out that a bake shop is the proper
business that suits you and your current savings.
You will find a proposal attached to the letter in which we explain the details of our plan.

Purpose:

The cafe shop is created to catch the interest of a regular customer based with its broad
variety of pastry products. The company plans to build a strong marekt position in the town.
The bakeshop caters to all of its customers by providing each customer cakes that are
made of high quality ingredients. It is created to provide the highest quality products with good
customer service and earn big profit in its business operations.
The building to be used includes a restroom, kitchen, counter, and a dining area. The
place is designed to make the customers feel relaxed and be delighted with its ambiance.
The reason for such is to satisfy the target market, mainly students, who loves to eat
sweets that they can afford.

Problem:

The client is wanting to put up a business, he has a savings of Php 1,500,000 which is
very limited to be used in business operations. The client doesnt have any background about
businessess and doesnt know which to engage in.
He plans on having a business that is convenient and easy to manage so as for him to earn
easily and make the business grow bigger in the succeding years.

He wants the shop to be effectively handled and supervised by him even when he is at a
distance. He also wants his capital to be used effeciently for it to be easily compensated and
recover every expenses at an earlier time.

Scope:

Section 1
o In this section you will see the sketch of the building that will be used for the
proposed business. It includes floor plan, four elevations and the perspective.

o This is where the cost will be explained it also incudes the payments for the
workers and other necessary expenses in putting up the shop.

Section 3
o This section shows the abilities and capabilities of the proposed business that
meets the requirements and needs of the customers. These capabilities will surely
help the client to maximize its profit and earn more money to compensate the
funds he used for the business.

o This will be devoted to facilities, furnitures and utensils needed. Here, the
importance and uses of the things mentioned will be listed and explained.

The cost of the shop is firmly estimated. The firm estimate of this shop is one thousand
pesos per square meter. The total area of the building is one hundred square meter. Therefore, the
cost of this building is one million forty thousand and four hundred twenty five pesos, this cost
includes all the expenses incurred for the construction of the pastry shop like cement, steels,
gravel, tiles, woods, roof, plywood, hardiflex and other necessary materials.

Facilities and equipment needed to sustaine the business such as baking tools for making the
products offer. Kitchen ware and utensils for serving the products. You also needing furniture and
fixture for the convenience of the customers, to keep them comfortable whenever they are inside

the establishment. Also there should be proper ventilation and installation in the business. You
also need to comply with government regulation such as apply for business permit, proper
sanitation, safety and maintenance equipment to prevent unnecessary incidents that affect the
business operation.

Conclusions and Recommendations:


For the remains that we have gathered and from the data presented, It is safe to conclude that:

The client will spend six hundred ninety thousand and four hundred twenty five pesos
for the completion of the business. Aside from that he will also spends additional three
hundred fifty thousand pesos for other necessary expenses like wages.

four hundred twenty five pesos equivalent to the 70% of his savings.
